Looking for a private sanctuary, nestled in the trees with outstanding mountain and ocean views, surrounded by local wildlife? Find it here at the Broadwater house, the perfect home base for all your Alaskan adventures! This 3 bedroom, 2 and 1/2 bathroom home is comfortable and well-appointed with jaw dropping views (upper 2 floors of house). The location in Eagle River in an exclusive neighborhood, is close to shopping with easy access to the Glenn Highway. You'll find a quaint pond across the street, with the Eagle River Nature Center, Mt. Baldy, and Eklutna Lake just a short drive down the road. We are set up with the nature enthusiast in mind, with a place to hang your wet clothes and boot dryer for your hiking boots and gear.

The house includes a huge private deck with a BBQ grill and two seating areas, including a dining table with fire feature. Inside is a beautiful gas fireplace, spacious living and dining rooms, fully stocked kitchen, full size laundry, and a desk with multi-function printer. You will also love having Wi-Fi access and DirecTV channels, so you don't miss your favorite shows! The kitchen includes a Keurig coffee maker and coffee/tea bar, a microwave, toaster, blender, dishwasher, waffle iron, and full size appliances. Be sure to hit the snack bar and hydration station when you walk through the door!

Guests will enjoy a contactless check-in process with hosts sending your personal door code in advance of your stay, along with local recommendations for shopping and attractions.

The master bathroom features a lovely indoor whirlpool "Jacuzzi" tub - sorry no outdoor hot tub.

The house includes outdoor security monitoring for the safety of guests at doors and parking areas. We strictly adhere to VRBO policies to ensure privacy and security of hosts and guests. This unit includes the top 2 levels of a 3 level house and relies on a well for water service.

Beautiful property, gorgeous views, comfortable beds, well stocked home with everything you need, beautiful outdoor deck for cooking out, quiet and peaceful neighborhood. We very much enjoyed our stay, the property manager was very quick to respond. We will definitely stay here again!

Clean and very well stocked. Good communication. Some basic functional things need work like ditch the air fresheners, hot water delivery, fix the ceiling fan. Doesn’t need an overhaul but needs the right basics at that price for a better rating.

Loved this property. Turley so many nice touches and feels like home, away from home. Close to town. Gorgeous views, nice Appliances and well stocked kitchen. I forgot tooth paste and every bathroom was well stocked for guest. We would stay here again and highly recommend this home.

We enjoyed our time in this home. It has great long-distance views of the mountains and water from the back porch. The property is very lush and landscaped well (when we stayed during summer). The lower level appears to be occupied and is not accessible from the upper portion of the home which we stayed in, but this did not negatively impact our stay in any way.

Breathtaking views, this host has thought about absolutely everything for this home. From extra hated blankets, to a huge array of entertainment games.the house is perfectly nestled in the middle of lush greenery. The house is missing a hose bidet and the toilets are too short for my old body, the stair case needs railing. Other than that, there is no other complaints. Didn't put damper on my trip

Great location with terrific views. Very nice house with generous space. Everything comfortable and well stocked except snacks and ground coffee. There were six in our party and thought we might have had extra towels, etc. Cynthia was very responsive and did provide additional washcloths the next day. Read description carefully, each extra person over four is 125/night. Again place was great. One other note, both showers are upstairs, if you have mobility issues, just be aware. All in all, would definitely stay here again. Luci Mae’s nearby has incredible sweets, quiches and pot pies for sale.
