Spacious Alaskan home located in the Anchorage borough just outside of the city. Great view of Bear Mountain, Safe friendly neighborhood so please bring the whole family!

Get outside of the congested city! Just a short 25 minute drive from Anchorage. Close to fishing, hiking, hunting, sightseeing, Glaciers, wildlife viewing, parks.

Ample large vehicle parking (RV, trailer or boat )

Centrally located, just off AK-1. (Glenn highway), easy to find.

Plenty of parking on property for large vehicles including full sized RV's

The Mirror lake and Park is walking distance and stocked with Rainbow Trout.

Lake Eklutna Park is approximately 15 miles away in the mountains, there you can find an abundance of Alaskan Wildlife including Moose, black and brown bears, Sheep, and Mountain Goats in a beautiful park

Bear Mountain View VRBO is a very comfortable home. It felt like home. The kitchen was well stocked, the rooms very clean. We will love to return and thanks for providing such a wonderful home.

Perfect for family vacation

The house and location were perfect for our family to enjoy Alaska. The house was clean, had everything we needed and Tim was a great host. The location was perfect for both Anchorage and to explore the mountains north of Anchorage

A good location in Chugiak. You don't go somewhere like this for nightlife or restaurants, but hiking, gas, a grocery store and other necessities are close. Good access to the Glenn Highway.

Relocation

Our niece relocated to Alaska, so we booked a stay here to help her get settled and do some adventuring. Great location, beautiful scenery with many things to do close by. Host was excellent.

House is great, plenty of space for all. The location is very close to a highway so it was noisy all night. Probably noisy during the day but we were out sightseeing.Distance from anchorage was as advertised which means you are about midway between Palmer and Anchorage which worked for us.

Our house is located on the outskirts of the Anchorage Borough only about a 25 minute drive on AK 1 (Glenn Highway). Its a convenient central location between the Matsu Susitna Borough..(Wasilla) and downtown Anchorage.
Our lot is 2 Acres with great neighbors We have an unobstructed view of Bear Mountain. We are easy walking distance from Mirror Lake Park (great for Rainbow trout fishing)
