Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. Brand new build 2024 with heated garage. Right in the heart of Eagle River. Close to shopping centers, gyms and restaurants. Plenty of hiking trails to enjoy.
Restaurants we love are Limeleaf, panda, Corks and Hops which are in walking distance. Pizzaman and Matanuska Brewing. Jitters and blondies have consistently good coffee and Jason’s doughnuts are truly amazing! About 25 mins from the airport.

Home was clean and as advertised. Access through the garage was helpful for us, we didn’t need to bring everything into the house. My kids enjoyed the play set and trampoline in the backyard. We would stay again.

We had a wonderful stay at this property over the holidays. It is a beautiful condo, conveniently located close to shopping and restaurants which was great with the icy roads. It was well stocked with everything we needed for our stay, with comfortable beds, and a nice living room, kitchen area for the three of us to relax after our days out playing in the snow/ice and visiting family. I especially loved having a garage to keep our rental car! The check-in/check-out process was seamless, and the owners were very responsive to my text messages. This is definitely a place I will rent again when we return to Alaska to visit my family, and I highly recommend it to anyone considering a stay in the Eagle River area.

We highly recommend this lovely home! It was spotless, well stocked with everything you could possibly need. They even provided a few snack items, cider and bottled waters. Beds were extremely comfortable. Excellent communication from Chris and Jodie. Very clear and easy check-in and check-out information. Looks exactly as pictured and the bouquet of flowers was an extra special touch. So cute, quiet and in walkable neighborhood. We hope to stay again! Below was my special surprise welcome gift.
