Bright apartment close to downtown.

Our apartment is on the second floor with lots of windows so it is a bright space. We have equipped it with all that you will need to enjoy your stay whether you are staying in for the night and want to cook at home or you are heading out for an event. We have tried to think of everything for your stay, however the cohost lives in the apartment below and is available if needed during your stay. Located in a quiet little neighborhood, but within walking distance to restaurants, a couple breweries, a homemade donut shop with the best donuts around, a laundromat, Mill City Whitewater Park, Franklin-Tilton River trail, a hospital, and a five-minute drive to a grocer. Other activities nearby include hiking, bicycle trails, pickleball, Highland Mountain Bike park, disc golf, pickleball and the Lakes Region.
We do welcome well-behaved dogs, but they must be added to the reservation when booking.

The place was adorable and very comfortable. Very clean and the location was right outside of town but so close to everything. Plenty of space and quiet location. Got to take complimentary plant cuttings for a constant reminder of a great tripWould highly recommend

This was actually the second time my husband dog and I have stayed here. It’s clean, got everything we need and is a great halfway point between visiting our family and hiking in the mountains.

This spot was great. It was a lovely, quiet space for my daughter and I on our trip to visit her friends in Laconia, which is about a 25 minute drive away. Just make sure you bring your own toiletries: shampoo, and bath soap in particular. And FYI, there are no locks on the bedroom doors if extra privacy is needed. Everything else was perfect.

What a find in Franklin! Very comfortable and had everything we needed for a long weekend stay. Spotless and well provisioned with pretty linens, coffee supplies, dishes etc. We didn’t need anything from the hosts while we were there, but I’m sure it would have been easy. Thanks again!
