Comfy, Cozy, Chic and Central Manhattan Apartment

A quiet, cozy and stylish place to rest and feel comfortable in Central Manhattan. This apartment is thoughtfully furnished with quality, conscience and style, and an eco-friendly core (organic cotton sheets & towels, eco trash bags, etc. Enjoy a full kitchen with dishwasher, bathroom with tub and shower, comfy living room with a sleeper sofa and laundry in-unit, bedroom with large double closet and beautiful plants, and a spacious back patio for some fresh air.

You'll have all the necessary amenities to feel comfy and at home. In the living room you'll get to enjoy a Smart TV to watch Netflix, Youtube or any other streaming service. In the kitchen we have a water filter, an electric kettle, coffee and a french press. I have shampoo, conditioner, body wash and fluffy cotton towels in the shower. The place is fully equipped and ready to live in. Just bring your clothes!

The apartment is in a nice Murray Hill building and is very quiet as it is on the lower level of the building (one floor down from lobby). There is no elevator, just a few stairs to walk down.

Wi-Fi and all utilities are included.

The perfect place for a clean, quiet, careful and sophisticated person or couple.
