Newly built home with spread out open floor plan on main and second floor. New listing, more pics to come as we are finishing the design set up. See our profile for other designed homes and reviews. Taking pre bookings with discounts. Community pool opens in May. Ground floor bedroom with king bed and full bathroom. Additional bedrooms, and loft room with optional 2 twin beds or one king and add the den with pull out full size bed outside the primary bedroom. Total 7 beds

Great communication and location

We stayed with some of our baseball team for a tournament at the USA complex. We were close to the complex, as well as the Parkside Commons area- with Target,Harris Teeter, and various places to eat! Communication with property manager was excellent!

Best vacation weekend ever!

Went for a long weekend for a family wedding in Cary. We all had a great time and we all enjoyed our rental. It was equipped with everything you could think of including coffee Splenda and creamers it was wonderful

We booked this property like 8 months ago, the host checked in the day before we left & everything was great. We were going to North Carolina for my step daughters wedding, it was my family, my Dad, my sister, her husband, daughter & son in law staying at the house from all over the country When we landed in NC we had a text to touch base with the host before check in. Long story short, the occupants of our booked house extended their stay without notifying the host. Fortunately for us the host had another property. This woman moved mountains to make this house work for us!!! She went above & beyond and we are so grateful because it was a great home for us to decompress from all the wedding festivities!! We appreciate all the work you did to make our trip awesome & memorable!!!

The first thing I need to say is I did not stay in the property pictured here. So none of the ratings about that property apply. I just answered because I was required to. I booked the property in the photo and paid in full when I booked it. The night before we were to enter the property I was told that I couldn’t have this property. And there was only one other house that was immediately available. I had family coming in from long distances the next day so I couldn’t risk not taking it. But I was very disappointed. You only need to look at the house that I booked and the one I stayed in to see the difference in style and appearance. Then we got there and it was freezing cold all night. The heat would not come on even when maintenance personnel came and tried to fix it. Our host had to bring in space heaters. And we didn’t have WiFi until the evening before we checked out. I have written to my host requesting a partial refund. If you are the decision maker about that, please consider my request. If not, please direct me to the appropriate person to contact, unless it’s my host because I’ve contacted her already.
