This house was fabulous. The host was great. My only complaint is the neighbors. They never slept and their property was messy.

Hello Megan
I am so sorry about the next door neighbor. I wish you would have contacted me & let me know so I asked them to reduced the noise & be respectful.
They sold their house & I understood they were supposed to be out last week. I will follow up to be sure there won’t be noise at night.
The property is beautiful inside and outside and hopefully once the neighbors complete the renovation of the adjoining property, I believe the property we stayed in will get 5 stars all around. The neighbors were nice but noisy at night when most people are trying to sleep.

Thank you Marie for your sweetness and being amazing guests. I am so sorry about the neighbors. They are moving out this Tuesday.
My family loved this place The house was as described.(need to see in person ,very pretty. Well maintained) There was a few minor repairs such as the bolts for the retractable awning came out of the house and the third step on the back porch was not connected and lawn needed maintaining. I informed the owner and she advised she would address the issues. As for location it was good, close to everything. However they are revitalizing that area so construction is on going in the neighborhood. Not to bad though. The owner was very responsive to my emails and understanding about my pets. I would definitely book again and recommend others to book as well. My family said "Truly a Great Place to stay!" in Chattanooga!
