Welcome to 58 River Road East. This beautiful waterfront cottage sleeps 10 and will be the place you hang your towel, after enjoying the hot summer sun at Beach Area 1, just a 3 minute walk away!

The main cottage is very well lit by natural light. The spacious living room with vaulted ceiling and kitchen are on the river side of cottage with gorgeous views of water! The dining area will seat 6 comfortably and adjacent is the fully equipped kitchen, complete and fully stocked with cookware, stemware, dishes and cutlery. The main cottage has 3 bedrooms, pull out sofa in living room and a full bathroom.

A detached guest suite is just 2 steps off the back deck which features a master bedroom with double bed, glassed in living area with sectional sofa. There's a kitchenette, bar fridge and another full bathroom.

The outdoor living space has another 6 person dining table, BBQ and a large gazebo. The backyard overlooks the Nottawasaga river and provincial park. Down by the waters edge you have a private dock, where you can fish, feed the ducks, or tie up your watercraft.
