Perfect place for our family reunion. The large combined kitchen, dining table and living area was just perfect for large family gatherings and meals. Great view off the living area and addjoining barbecue deck.The entire house was extremely clean and bright. Probably the best equipped house I have rented from cool coffee maker to kitchen disbar and supplies. You cannot go wrong renting this place!

Perfect for Families

The property is clean and new. Perfect for families and large groups. The location is close to Spirit Mountain and trails and downtown Duluth. Great place to stay with dogs also.

We were in Duluth for a large family wedding. The home was perfect for our large family of adult couples and children to stay. Saunas were a treat! Kitchen was fully equipped for us to gather. Butlers pantry off the kitchen was great for coffee and toaster to be out of the way of the main kitchen. Beds super comfortable, warm and beautiful furnishings and decor. Main living area was perfect for our family to visit. Would love to stay there again !

Great place for a girls hiking weekend!

We had an amazing stay at this vista! There were 8 of us and this place was perfect. The location was perfect being close to restaurants, shopping and hiking. We were super pleased to find 2 saunas in the condo. The kitchen was big and open with a large island, perfect for visiting. The coffee bar area was great to prepare a pot and then enjoy on the deck or in the nicely furnished living room. The towels, linens and fuzzy blankets all seemed brand new. Everything was super clean and well appointed. Check in was seamless. We are looking forward to staying here for future hiking adventures. Thanks for making our stay great!

Beautiful house with a great view

The kitchen was well-stocked and the view from the windows on the back of the house was lovely. The walking trail nearby was nice. The main inconvenience was how the driveway is aligned with the street. It was difficult to maneuver 4 cars in and out of the garage/driveway, and we ended up scratching 2 of the cars against each other at night (there are no street lamps because it is a new street).

We loved the home and the separate floors. We had 12 people so the four bathrooms were great! We had trouble getting the main floor tv to work. It wasn’t a big problem. We weren’t home for long periods.

Wonderful Experience

Our group of teenage hockey players and moms were absolutely pleased with this house. The layout was perfect for our large group. The rooms were spacious, and we never felt crowded. We had everything we needed in the kitchen, where we cooked almost every meal. The house was spotlessly clean and still had a fresh, new feel to it.We had a wonderful experience with the host, Jinell. She was fantastic to work with when we needed to adjust our check-in time, and she was always pleasant and accommodating.If you’re heading to the Duluth area for a sports event or a family outing, this place is perfect. It’s close to trails, Spirit Mountain, and offers amazing views of the river.Book your stay here—you won’t be disappointed!

Great stay!

This was a pristine, modern, spacious, comfortable stay for our group of 7, as well as our dogs! Every couple, as well as our kiddo, had their own rooms. 2/4 bedrooms had an en-suite bathroom, and the other 2 had very convenient hallway bathrooms to use. Very cozy beds, perfect after a long day of hiking, and a beautifully appointed kitchen which made cooking a breeze. No crazy cleanup checklist, very easy and standard stuff. Great interaction with the host - very responsive and willing to help. Very convenient location - an hour away from amazing waterfalls and scenic North Shore views, and only 15 mins from downtown Duluth. There is a local grocery store just 5 minutes down the road as well. Lovely views from the property, we even saw a beaver waddling along one morning! If you are looking for a family friendly home base for a week of hiking/exploring - and have a larger group or a group including pets - this is the perfect spot.
