Come in through your own private entrance and stairs to a spacious one-bedroom, one-bath home! The second-floor unit sits overlooking Magnolia Street with a private verandah to cool off in the shade. The sitting area comes complete with a flat-screen TV/ DVD player and a sleeper sofa with a real comfy mattress. The kitchen includes everything needed for cooking and preparing meals. Full-size refrigerator, microwave, small bake oven, double sink, coffee maker, crockpot and toaster oven. Full set of dishes for 8 with glass stemware for guests and holidays.
The large bedroom is newly furnished with a queen-size bed, nightstand, large dresser, and mirror, 8' closet which provides plenty of storage, large sunny windows throughout the cottage let the bright sunshine in as well as the river breezes. The adjoining bathroom includes a large, floor-to-ceiling, tiled shower.
And if that isn't enough to call home, enjoy the use of the wonderful sun deck and in-ground pool surrounded by a privacy fence for a relaxing evening with a cocktail or on the weekends basking in the sun and crystal clear pool.

The beach is less than 2 miles away and the Daytona speedway, a quick 20-minute commute. If it's a Disney day, drive 1hr 10min and you're there. Kennedy space center is less than an hour's drive… or just stay in town. New Smyrna Beach is famous for its artists. Arts and craft fairs, car shows, and beach activities happen monthly, always a fun time. Close to shopping, medical facilities, and i95 yet out of the typical beach traffic.
