Enjoy the year round activities in Stowe from this Modern and cozy mountain escape. This three bedroom, three bath home just off Mountain Rd in Stowe is a short walk or bike ride from the start of the 5 mile recreation path off Brook Rd. Centrally located between the center of Stowe (3.5 miles from the center of town) and Stowe Mountain (2.8 miles from Spruce Peak). Enjoy the gas fireplace in the living room in the comfortable chairs for cozy nights during the winter months after a day of skiing . In the Summer and Fall enjoy the outdoor fire pit after a day of hiking or biking or just simply hanging out in town. The open concept main living area has a kitchen with an island which accommodates 8 to gather around whilst making meals with your guests . Come visit Stowe and enjoy all that the town has to offer - skiing, hiking, biking, miniature golf, bowling, art galleries, delicious restaurants, breweries and much more!
You will need a vehicle with 4WD to access this house during the winter. The garage does not allow access for vehicle parking, you can use the garage for Ski storage & Bike storage. Please also note that there are security cameras on the outside of the house, none inside the house.
