California Sol Historic Private Home w/Pool
1920s historic Spanish Revival three bedroom home. Timeless relaxed California style. Tranquil gardens and classic style pool. Very private, tucked away below the foothills in a quaint neighborhood. Unique and comfortable.
Walking distance to Old Town and the University of La Verne. 2 miles from the Claremont Colleges. 25 miles to downtown LA. Near to train station, public transportation and freeways. Approx. 30 miles to Disneyland. Foothills close by with hiking, horse back riding, biking!
The space
The home is on a large lot that also has a small guest house. There are four outdoor dining areas and several other spots around the property for quiet relaxation.
Guest access
Guests in the home will share outdoor space in the back yard including the pool with guests in the guest house. Plenty of room and privacy for all.
Other things to note:
Pool is not heated and does not have a lifeguard on duty. Entrance gates to the pool must remain closed and latched at all times!

La Verne, CA sits right below the San Gabriel mountain range, a beautiful setting with nature very close and available for hiking, biking, and exploring. Our little La Verne has a small town feel, yet is equipped with all the things to make your stay comfortable, enjoyable, and memorable.
What makes this property unique
My property is set on a large and spacious lot in a quaint, safe neighborhood. The house was built in 1929 and has the charm and details of the classic California Spanish Revival style. We added the Italian inspired pool and gardens to compliment the house style and to add tranquility and natural beauty to its surroundings.
