Welcome to Seacrest 509, your 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom, gulf front home-away-from-home! The open living space in this condo offers a queen sleeper sofa, large wall-mounted flat screen television, and balcony access to your private, gulf-front balcony.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to whip up a tasty meal for you and your family. The dining table sits 4 and you can seat another 3 people at the breakfast counter. There's even a small table and chair set on the balcony to enjoy an al fresco meal for 2!

The primary bedroom offers a king size bed, television, and balcony access while the primary bath offers granite counters and a custom tiled shower. The guest bedroom has a queen bed and a television with quick access to a 2nd bathroom off the hallway. There's a set of junior bunks in a hallway alcove that the young kids will enjoy!

There is a washer and dryer in the condo for convenience.

Seacrest is your dream destination for a traditional beach vacation. With 60+ units this 9 story complex is the landing point for all your vacation activities. Close to shopping dining and the many beach activities you love Seacrest is your home base for fun! This privately owned West corner condo on the 5th floor boasts 930 sq ft and offers a private balcony accessed from the living room and primary bedroom Jr bunk beds in the hallway suitable for children or youth washer/dryer free WIFI and beautiful bedding with a classic beach theme throughout.

Due to limited parking a 2 car limit is strictly enforced. Non-smoking property. Reserve your fun at the beach today!

During the spring break season, between the dates of March 1 through April 30 of each year, the person booking the reservation must be 25 years of age or older and must be present to physically check in at our office with your government issued ID present.

Place was very convenient. Floors weren’t very clean, our feet got nasty but everything else seemed ok. Nicely furnished. Only complaint is it wasn’t ready at 4pm and that was a huge hassle but they did get ready about 45 minutes late so wasn’t horrible just not convenient when you arrive with a full car at 4pm and can’t do anything until you unload. Would definitely stay at location again, preferably with an individual owner. The fees for rental agency are a bit steep.

The room and furniture was just as promised from the pictures. It is a nice condo. The property management sent texts when the water was being turned off at the boardwalk to the beach for a repair, it was nice to know ahead of time. The property common areas were kept great. The room was clean except for the floors. It appeared clean, but had not been mopped in a long time. If your didn’t wear shoes you feet or socks would be filthy. I didn’t complain there because didn’t want someone to mop after we were moved in. We just wore shoes or one pair of sock in the evening that hit the trash before we left. I would stay here again.

Check-in was a little unexpected. We were already at the condo before I knew I had to PHYSICALLY check-in at the office with my drivers license. That took another 40 minutes round-trip. We had ridden 6 hours with two young children and we were ready to get in the condo!
