We have lived in Richmond, VA since 1992. We owned a condo at Wintergreen but when our family outgrew it we decided to build our dream home on top of the mountain. This is the result--a stunning Lindal cedar post-and-beam home with every amenity including a double steam shower in the master bathroom and an onsite hot tub on a covered deck for year round enjoyment. Decks abound for maximum viewing. We face east and have a 70 mile view on a clear day. We are very hands on owners and the house and property are in fantastic shape at all times. We go up as often as we can but also rent it to select clientele. Please check us out!
What makes this House unique
The views, the landscaping, ample parking both at the house and on the cul-de-sac; very private as we own all the surrounding area. Interior is decorated with extensive artwork and the furniture and beds are top of the lined.
