Relax in a pristine environment with the assurance of cleanliness. We meticulously launder ALL used bedding after each visit, ensuring a fresh and hygienic atmosphere. Check our listing for full bed and bath configurations. Sleeping occupancy MAX is 10.
• Bedroom 1 (Primary): Sleeps 2, One king bed, en-suite, blackout drapes, Smart TV & closet with access to deck and ocean views.
• Bedroom 2 (Second Primary): Sleeps 4, Two king beds, en-suite, blackout drapes, Smart TV & closet with access to deck and ocean views.
• Bedroom 3 (Ground Level Suite): Sleeps 4, Two queen beds, en-suite, room darkening shades, Smart TV & chest of drawers and picturesque windows with ocean views. The suite is equipped with a split level HVAC system along with a dehumidifier for added guest comfort. **IMPORTANT: Ground level bedroom is attached to the home but has a private entrance on the ground level. Excellent for privacy, families or accessibility.
LIVING ROOM
Experience the expansive comfort of our living room, boasting picturesque views of the Gulf Coast. Embrace sunsets and sunrises over the ocean creating a serene start or end to your day. Ample space is available for friends and family to gather, whether it's for engaging in indoor games or enjoying a movie night. EXTERIOR ENTERTAINING SPACE
Plenty of outdoor seating on the upper deck attached to the home, ground level access to our roll up door service bar with SMART TV, and additional fridge for entertaining. Lounge on comfortable chairs, soak up the sun, and catch breathtaking sunsets. As evening falls, bask in the romantic glow of the stars and moon for the perfect nighttime ambiance.

Looking for an intimate setting to celebrate an anniversary, birthday, retreat or wedding and would like to have additional day guests? If you intend to host day visitors and anticipate surpassing the MAX SLEEPING occupancy of the home at any given time, categorizing your gathering as an "LARGE GATHERING," you must adhere to LARGE GATHERING OBLIGATIONS:
• To proceed with your special large gathering request, a mandatory signed LARGE GATHERING CONTRACT, distinct from the Rental Agreement, is necessary. A non-refundable event fee of $600 applies.
• The total guest count, encompassing both day and overnight guests, should not exceed 28 guests—no exceptions. You will be asked how many of your guests meet the minimum renting age of 25 years.
• Accommodating the maximum occupancy requires a completed contract for additional external commodes. We are available to assist with arrangements through a rental company.
• Septic: In light of septic system limitations, surpassing the maximum occupancy mandates additional restrooms. Violation of this policy may lead to fines and responsibility for septic system damage. Damages to the septic system are not covered by insurance.
• Please note that the home is not designed for extensive indoor large gatherings. In case of inclement weather, consider alternative arrangements. Outdoor gatherings require a contingency plan for inclement weather such as a tent or restaurant reservation. We are available to assist with arrangements through a rental company.
• Parking is limited to 6 vehicles. Street parking is monitored and restricted.
Exceeding occupancy without an LARGE GATHERING CONTRACT, grants us the authority to promptly terminate the Rental Agreement, escort you off-premises, and issue no refunds. SUPERVISED YOUTH RESERVATIONS AND EVENTS ARE NOT PERMITTED TO COINCIDE.
FUR FAMILY (DOGS ONLY & must be APPROVED) Up to 2 Dogs are allowed. All travelers are required to add the dogs while entering occupancy on the booking platform for full reservation total transparency. Contact us to add on the 2nd dog once your booking is confirmed as some booking platforms have quantity limitations.
• Must be fully house trained & must completely be cleaned up after.
• Leashed at all times when outdoors.
• Not allowed on the indoor furniture or bedding.
• Should excessive barking occur during your stay, please make alternative arrangements.

Why they chose this property
I have been visiting Bolivar Peninsula since before Hurricane Ike in 2008. Although I didn't live on the peninsula at the time, I evacuated during the storm. Driving back from New Orleans afterward was devastating; the scene resembled a war zone, as reported by media outlets. Since then, the peninsula has been rebuilding and revitalizing.
Many of our guests know me from my time running another small management company at the beach. In 2023, I decided to take a new direction from my partner, leading to the creation of HTH Stays. Over the years, I've had the privilege of serving thousands of guests. What resonates with me the most is the belief that guests may forget what you said, but they will never forget how you made them feel.
At HTH Stays, we remain a boutique experience for a reason: our guests matter, our clients and their homes matter. I am truly blessed to have a fantastic local team. It takes a village to serve our guests, and I couldn't do it without them.
