This stylish 1 bedroom 1 bathroom loft apartment has been completely restored, maintaining the original charm and character of the building, while also offering all the modern amenities you need for a comfortable stay.

As you step inside, you'll be transported back in time with beautiful historic details such as exposed brick walls, and high vintage tin ceilings. The living room features a sleeper sofa, perfect for accommodating additional guests, and a flat-screen TV with streaming services.

The bedroom area is a true haven of comfort, featuring a luxurious king-size bed with premium linens and a variety of pillows to suit your preferences.

Please note: This apartment is located on the second floor, so you’ll have to climb a flight of stairs to access the space.

We thought the loft was clean and perfectly decorated and had a nice farmhouse-industrial vibe. My Mom enjoyed flipping through the book with DuQuoin historical photos and recognized a few other of your local books so they were nice touches. The location was great since we were running around Pinckneyville and Tamaroa. I appreciate the no-hassle parking and your directions were great. Thank you!

What a great place!!

We stayed three nights to visit family in the area. The apartment was clean, safe, and comfortable and so much better than I imagined. Everything on Main Street was within walking distance, and the there was great communication with the owners. I would stay here again.

Wonderful Surprise

I travel quite a bit for work, and when I have traveled to DuQuoin the last couple years I stayed at a hotel in Carbondale. I wanted something closer and in town, and this place was such a wonderful find. It was just me staying there, but would've absolutely been fine for more people. I really, really enjoyed my stay here. The host was very communicative, the space was clean, bed was comfortable, bathroom was amazing, Wifi speed was fantastic, appliances are new. I told my wife if I have to travel here next year, I'm booking this place and she should come with me. Someone took a lot of care in putting together such a wonderful space.

Luxurious Stay in a Little Town

I needed a place to stay in Du Quoin while visiting family and was delighted to find a beautifully renovated apartment above a shop on Main Street. The space is truly stunning with high ceilings, exposed brick, elegant fixtures, and modern furnishings. The bed was comfy and I felt very safe. The hosts were attentive and kind. I am grateful for the upscale quarters in the heart of my hometown. Having a gorgeous place to stay made it easier to endure an otherwise heart wrenching week. Highly recommend!
