Indoor/Outdoor living at it's best - large deck with a Weber grill, Flat Screen Smart TV w/Wifi on back deck with lounge chairs, 8 chair outdoor table, bench seating, sun/shade, and star lit nights. Great location in private neighborhood, great for families and children. Plus - Wireless Access - Comfortable walk to downtown Falmouth (shopping, restaurants, pubs, etc.). Within 300 feet of Falmouth Beach(Surf Drive). Easy access to new bike path(now extends from Woods Hole to Mashpee(10+ miles) with spectacular scenery. Nice backyard with a large deck and privacy.

Nice 4 bedroom house - new appliances, washer/dryer, freshly painted, very clean, A/C, maintained well. Cable TVs, Wireless Access, large outdoor shower, private backyard (surrounded by shrubbery), outdoor decks with plenty of chairs, plus many other amenities.

We had a great week staying at this property. It's well maintained and had plenty of room for a family getaway to the Cape. Steps away from the beach, this property is well taken care of and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. This would be our first choice for any future trips to the Cape.

What a View!!

If you are all about the view and being close to the beach this home is for you. Just steps from Surf Drive, which is my fav beach. We loved sitting on the upper deck and hearing the waves and seeing the water and Martha's Vineyard. Plenty of room for everyone and options for indoor or outdoor dining. Very close to town and many restaurants.

This house has a great location. Close to the beach, bike trail and downtown. Spacious backyard for play and a good outdoor shower. Fun was had by all. Very easy to communicate with owner and he was very responsive.

Great week in Falmouth

What a perfect spot for a family beach vacation. Quick walk to Surfside beach. We just pulled wagons with gear and kids. Beautiful big back yard with shower, nice deck with grill, table and loungers. Host provided bikes (close to the Shining Sea bike path) and some beach chairs. Plenty of comfortable living space. We loved the upstairs family room and rooftop deck! Highly recommend.

Great Trip to Falmouth

This is a lovely house, located two blocks from the beach. There is a nice back yard, with gas barbecue and a terrific outdoor shower. The four bedrooms are on the first floor, and there is a family room and deck on the second floor with view of the water. The owner was highly responsive. Location is great, being about a mile from the Shining Sea bike path. The walk into town takes about 15 minutes, and is through lovely neighborhoods. We stayed 10 days with our adult children and partners, and it was just a terrific location and house. Can't wait to come back!

We spent a fun-filled girls' weekend in Falmouth and had a wonderful time! This charming house was nestled among larger, newer homes in a quiet neighborhood just a short walk from a beautiful beach. There was easy access into the house and plenty of parking in the driveway. We took daily walks on Surf Drive along the same street that the Falmouth Road Race uses each year, right along the beach. The bike trail is nearby and although we didn't use the bikes at the house (there were many!) we walked the Shining Sea Bikeway and enjoyed the beach views. We were there during the full moon and one evening witnessed a beautiful sunset! The house was well-equipped with everything we needed. The kitchen could use additional lighting, and perhaps access to more outlets in the bedrooms, mostly due to the cell phones and watches that we all must charge each night. There were plenty of fans available for use, and lots of space to spread out. We ate together and played games at the large table that seats 8 and watched tv upstairs in the spacious room. The 2nd floor deck was nice but unfortunately we didn't spend time on it. There are many restaurants and a grocery store nearby, antique, thrift and gift shops, and one day we took the Island Queen ferry to MV and poked around Oak Bluffs! We would highly recommend Joe's house to families or groups of friends. We were 6 women and we each had our own bed. The outdoor shower was fantastic - we never showered indoors! A great stay!

Very nice location, quiet neighborhood, plenty of room, well stocked kitchen, short walk to beach, longer walk to town, but worth it to burn off the calories you will get from the patisserie on Main Street.

House was just clean and perfect for our family, lots of bedrooms and space to spread out. Everything we needed was in the house and we had a wonderful weekend together. The bathtub drain was very slow but otherwise everything was great.

Great family beach house

We enjoyed two weeks in July and August 2017 with two of our children and their families in a great Falmouth location where we have rented for many years. This was called the best beach house by all and we hope to return next summer.Nicely furnished. Plenty of room for several days of overlapping families. Great kitchen/dining room with extra large square table making it great again for families and great deck with a large tiled table. Upstairs room like being in a cruise ship stateroom/balcony with great views. Excellent outside shower, Plenty of beach chairs/boggy boards, etc. Retired North Carolina couple.

Location, Location, Location!

Great Falmouth house a block from Surf Drive! 2 min walk to beach, less than a mile to Falmouth Center, great morning runs along the marina and water. The house has everything you need for a great Cape Cod family week. The backyard was a total bonus on windy beach days....to escape some sand and wind, all you needed to do was relax on the back deck! Thanks to Joe for an easy checkin and checkout as well!

Beautiful Family Vacation Spot

This house was perfect for our little family. Plenty of room, huge private back yard for the kids to play in and plenty of room for entertaining family and friends. The house was clean and comfortable with beautiful views of Vineyard Sound from the top floor. The Shining Sea Bikeway to Woods Hole is just minutes away, Surf Drive Beach is a very short walk, and Main St is a short drive or bike for ice cream or shopping. Perfect location, perfect house, and the owners were very nice and responsive. We will definitely be back!!
