3 BEDROOM/2 BATH! This second floor gulf view unit has over 1600 sq. ft. Dining room off full-size kitchen with all new appliances! Living room and master bedroom have sliding doors that lead to large screened lanai that overlooks the pure white sand of Crescent Beach and the sparkling aqua blue waters of the Gulf of Mexico! Living room has a 55" flat screen TV, DVD, CD player. Master bedroom has king bed. Large walk-in shower with dual sink vanity in the master bathroom. Large guest bedroom has a twin and a full bed and guest bath has a tub/shower combo. Third smaller guest bedroom has a full bed. Ceramic tile throughout living/dining, carpet in bedrooms. Washer and Dryer in the condo. This is an end/corner unit in a mid-rise building with an elevator. Unit has phone and complimentary wi-fi. Sleeps a maximum of 6 total guests.
