Washer/dryer in unit! 2 bedroom/2 bath third floor walk-up. Enjoy the Siesta sunsets and the cool tropical breeze while sipping a refreshing drink on the spacious open balcony overlooking the crystal white sands of Crescent Beach and the sparkling azure waters of the Gulf of Mexico. The sounds of the shoreline serenade you to sleep! Living room offers a flat panel TV, VCR and DVD. Master bedroom has king bed with TV. Guest room has 2 twin beds. Complimentary Wi-Fi.

VERY clean with a beautiful view!

The location is great the view is great it just needs some TLC. Outlets in bathroom and most of the master don’t work and there’s a sizeable amount of water coming through the tiles at sliding doors

Great location

The location and the grounds are great and very well maintained! Our unit was right on the Gulf and we got 14 nights of fantastic sunsets. The unit was a bit dated and the bed in the master bedroom should be replaced as it was not very comfortable. Not stopping us from going again next year though.

Great Location

Condo property and view from balcony and location on beach was outstanding. Overall condo was a 4.5 stars would have been a 5 but the bed in the master is really hard and needs to be replaced.

Great Stay

This was an updated unit. One of the cleanest bathrooms we've had at a condo. The bed was very uncomfortable though. It felt like it was still a spring mattress. The condo does sit right on the beach and had beautiful views! They also had the higher sitting chairs so you could see over the balcony rail! We came during the season when love bugs come out so they were getting in the unit through the patio doors and the front door like the doors weren't very well sealed. The unit had everything you needed for an easy stay. Would come back. Just keep in mind it is a walk up and there is no elevator for this unit. It's on the 3rd floor, which wasn't a big deal for my husband and I.
