Heat and Air, Front Porch, Screen Porch, Waterfront, WIFI, TV, Linens and Towels Provided. Keurig coffee maker, starter gift pkg provided. 5 TV's. Charcoal grill.
Brand new Construction and new for 2024 Rentals. This wonderful creek side home offers 2 owner suites on first level and Upstairs 2 additional sleeping rooms and sitting area, Bright beautiful great room with large dining area and great kitchen. Screen porch in the back and a Creekside view perfect for birding and other wildlife. Very quiet location tucked away location is central to Town and Beach Road. Linens and towels provided. RING Camera on Front Door. Please ask about our cancelation policy. 60 day cancellation prior to occupancy date (100% refund minus processing fee, travel insurance and credit card fee's).

Room with a View
Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Lovely, spacious house overlooking a creek where we had companions of ducks, geese, and an egret. Quietly tucked away. Large kitchen, nicely appointed. Also nice not to have to bring our own linens.
