If you prefer zero interaction or only self check-in, another place might suit you better. But here, you’ll be greeted with kindness, good vibes, and maybe even a coffee together if our schedules match. ☕✨

Check-in & check-out
• 🕒 Check-in after 4:00 PM at my office (look for the big red doors, then just to the left).
• Since I multitask a lot, I might not always be in the office — so please let me know your arrival time in advance so we can sync up smoothly.
• ⏰ Check-out by 12:00 PM. Need flexibility? Just ask, and if possible, I’ll make it happen.

Other notes
• Guests under 13 years old can’t usually be accommodated (but sometimes exceptions can be discussed in advance).

• To keep the atmosphere comfortable for everyone, please respect the building and neighbors — no smoking in rooms/hallways, no loud noise, no leaving the place messy, and of course, no damage. Breaking the rules may lead to extra charges or, in serious cases, ending the stay.
