Our Private 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom Alicante apartment has everything you need for your rest and relaxation. This a first class self-catering apartment ideal for families who want to spend their vacation in a quiet place near the Mediterranean. Close to the centre of Alicante and within a short drive from Alicante Airport
The apartment is located within a hotel grounds. The hotel has a communal swimming pool, two Jacuzzis and a children's pool, as well as a children's recreational area.
The closest beach is only a 5 minute drive away called Saladar Urbanova Beach, This beach is located 5 kilometres south of the city centre, in a quiet area. Its fine, golden sands stretch for over 1.5 kilometres, making it perfect for strolling along. Its setting is semi-urban and to the north there is a line of sand dunes, which enhance the view. There are various services to bathers, such as lifeguarding, an esplanade, shops and restaurants and special areas reserved for nudists. There is also an educational play area for the mentally handicapped and an area with disabled access that is open during the summer months.
The apartment is located only a 5 minute drive from the very popular Postiguet Beach which is in central Alicante only steps away from the renown Expanada de España Alicante's popular for bars, cafe's restaurants and of course the lovely Marina. Likewise once in Alicante it is worth visiting the Santa Barbara Castle.
It is possible to get a bus from the main road which is a couple of minutes walk from the apartment and the cost is around 2.50 Euros, a taxi costs only 10 Euros. The apartment It is a short walk from El Palmeral which is a stunning park area with waterfalls, lakes and hundreds of palm trees.
Our apartment is also a great for business travellers who have to spend longer or shorter periods in Alicante: It has a fridge, washing machine, oven and complete utensils so that you can organise yourself without always having to eat out. Plus, in the main hotel building there is a restaurant for having breakfast, lunch or dinner.

We are a Canadian couple who enjoy travelling in particular to Europe. We found this little gem of an apartment on one such visit and decided to purchase it given its ideal location on the coast. Being close to the Airport meant that we could start our vacations very quickly. Because of its location we were also able to move around Spain at ease as the infrastructure is excellent.
Why they chose this property
We purchased this property because we were attracted at just how close it is to Alicante city centre, the beautiful beaches and all the other tourist attractions throughout the region. It is close to the Airport which means you holiday starts very quickly! We also liked the fact that it is located in a hotel complex with good facilities including a large communal pool, jacuzzis, restaurant, reception with the usual hotel services being available.
What makes this property unique
The "Perfect Day" Within a short drive we were able to spend the morning lazing around on El Postiguet beach, followed by a visit to the Castillo de Santa Bárbara a historic castle nestled up the hill overlooking the mediterranean sea. We then came back down from the Castle and spent the afternoon in the Marina enjoying the local culinary delights and sampling the local wine. We then returned back to the apartment and went for a quick dip in the pool. To round the evening off we ate in the hotel restaurant before retiring...Thats why we purchased this very pleasant apartment. I am sure you will enjoy many similar days to that outlined above.
