Great stay at this quiet spot in the heritage district. Host was very communicative and helpful. A/C worked quickly in the Texas heat.

Comfortable, clean, and nicely renovated space in a quiet neighborhood. The Irving location is convenient to lots of attractions - 20 minutes to Arlington fun and to downtown Dallas.

Booked for The Weekend property manager had great communication. When we got into the property the living room looked nice and clean however, we were hit with a stale aroma as if someone had previously smoked and tried to cover up the smell. The person I was traveling with has asthma and was literally having to use her inhaler. We went upstairs and it did not match the downstairs it was giving motel 6. The comforters were not clean to the point where I went and purchased my own comforter set, once we got back we went ahead and decided that we could not stay in these conditions. So we had to make other accommodations I reached out the to property manager to let her know and her only response was “We have not had anyone smoking in the property”. I contacted Vrbo in search of a full refund considering we didn’t stay at the property at all and they haven’t been willing to give a full refund.

This review is not a reflection of my property whatsoever. My property is professionally cleaned after every guest stay. All bedding and sheets are washed and cleaned during cleaning. My property is a non smoking property and no one has smoked in the unit. The guest was in the property for over 7 hours and didn’t mention anything about smoke smell. If the property smelled like smoke, the guest would have experienced that right away. Not 7 hours later. With all of the being said, i agreed to refund the guest for 1 day which was way more than fair considering false statements.
