Location is best part about this Tiny house - House is walking distance to the beautiful beach of Lake McConaughy, boat rentals, and the one of a kind Lakefront Express Restaurant. The restaurant serves breakfast burritos in the morning and authentic Chinese food, pho noodle soup and home made ice cream to die for. A full size beach volley ball court and kids playground are also just steps away. The house also includes a high speed wifi, deck, grill, gazebo, A/C, boat parking and shuttle service to the beach with appointments.
