Welcome to your getaway in the heart of Galveston's famous Silk Stocking District! Originally built in 1898, this beautifully restored historical home features lovely mid-century modern interior design, the perfect blend of historic charm and contemporary style to relax in after a day of exploring the charming city. Just a 3 min. drive to the beach or a lovely 15 min walk!



Adults age 21 and up preferred.



The Space:

This 1,600 sq. ft historical home features 3 bedrooms, all located on the 2nd floor. There is one full bathroom on each floor.



BEDROOM 1 + private patio/balcony:

Large, 2nd story, spacious bedroom with natural lighting, hardwood floors, King-sized bed, smart tv, private patio/balcony with outdoor furniture.



BEDROOM 2:

Relaxing bedroom with large windows, queen bed, dressers for storage and a loveseat. Attached to upstairs full bathroom.



BEDROOM 3:

Quaint room with a queen bed, large window with natural lighting, clothing storage. Attached to upstairs full bathroom.



2 FULL BATHROOMS:

Bathroom essentials such as towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are provided. 2nd story bathroom features a claw-foot bath tub and shower.



KITCHEN:

Full-size kitchen with modern appliances, dishwasher, thoughtful kitchen essentials such as spices, coffee maker, coffee, pots, pans, dishes, utensils and glassware so you can easily prepare your meals and beverages.



LIVING ROOM:

Relax on the large sectional sofa and watch your favorite shows on the large smart tv.



High speed wifi/ Central Air+Heat



WASHER/DRYER:

Free, full size machines, laundry pods and dryer sheets are provided for your convenience.
