Load the dishwasher
Strip any used beds, gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Remove shoes or place shoe covers over foot wear. Do not wear shoes on Carpet or Area rugs. Additionally $100 cleaning fee will be charged.
No smoking inside the premises. Clean Grill after every use and cover. Upon checking out, place all trash in big Garbage can on the deck.
No extra guest are permitted to stay on premises that are not listed on reservation. A $75 charge will be added per person to your stay.

Smells and you get bullied

The house and the interior looks very nice. The problem is the house has a cigarette smoke smell. We contacted the owner and instead of trying to come up with a solution or even pretend to care he bullied us and said rude things about our character. The smell would come and go, almost like it was only present when someone was actively smoking. While you are given 3 spots for the house, we only had one spot as another car commonly parked there. When this happened I did not say anything because I did not want to interact with owner. I am concerned to even give this review because I am expecting to be bullied by the owner for this. I do not recommend!
