Great property, accurately depicted in the pics. Pricing was very competitive. Enjoyed the full benefits of the resort. Room option very good to our family, as opposed to the standard studio format in many of the other resorts. Host communication was prompt. Will come back again!

Check in took a very long time as they had trouble locating the booking details. The room itself was great for a family with kitchen and laundry facilities. Friendly staff makes the stay even more pleasant!

2/10 Terrible

Disliked: Check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
They moved our room in the middle of our stay. The front desk said that our reservation was canceled by the host. There were major shortcomings, lack of follow through, and undelivered promises by the staff during our stay. The food is extremely overpriced and not great quality. For the price of accommodations is not deliver to the expectation that should.
