FULLY RENOVATED JAN 2023 5 Bed, 5.5 Bath AND NEW Hot Tub

Come enjoy this beautiful mountain home!! This home boasts 3500 sq ft, with 5 bedrooms and 5 1/2 bathrooms. Our home has just received brand new carpet, paint, and furniture. It truly is a decorators dream and you will not find a nicer property in all of Bear Hollow Village!! Also PRIVATE HOT TUB with a gorgeous view!!!

The main level has the kitchen, dining, family room and powder room. The dining table has seating for 10. There are also bar stools and chairs for 8. The family room has a large, comfortable leather reclining sectional couch surrounding the fireplace. There is also a 47' LCD TV over the fireplace with cable and a DVD library for your enjoyment. Off the living room is an enormous deck to look out over the valley with unobstructed views and watch the beautiful sunsets!!! There are also numerous windows to allow for plenty of natural lighting.

You will find all of the beds to be brand new pillowtop mattresses and extremely comfortable. All are decorated nicely and have 400-600 thread count sheets.

The 5 bedrooms are as follows:

Master: Located upstairs with a King size pillowtop poster bed. This is truly a MASTER RETREAT with high vaulted ceilings, sitting area, private 32' LCD TV, and an enormous master bath and walk in closet!! This room sleeps 2 comfortably.

Bedroom 2: Large Queen size pillowtop bed and vaulted ceilings. Comes with a walkin closet and full private bathroom. This room is a great place to relax after an adventourous day. Located upstairs and sleeps 2 comfortably.

Bedroom 3: Large Queen size pillowtop bed, vaulted ceilings, and an even larger private bathroom and larger closet. This room was designed for my daughter and truly is an oasis with its inviting colors. This room is very peaceful and private. Located upstairs and sleeps 2 comfortably.

Bedroom 4: This room is also located upstairs and is referred to as the bunk room. This is an enormous room and perfect for younger guests. There are 2 twin beds, and 2 more bunk beds with 2 full beds on the bottom and 2 twins on the top. This fun room has a sports theme and sleeps 8 comfortably. Again this room has its own private bathroom and closet.

Bedroom 5: Located on the bottom floor, this beautiful room is secluded, has a large Queen size pillowtop bed, and has its own full private bath and closet. It is also the closest bedroom to the PRIVATE HOT TUB!!

Also on the bottom floor is a gameroom with a 42' LCD TV and Wii game system. Also included is a ping pong table, and 3 arcade games...Ms. Pacman/Galaga, Punchout, and Donkey Kong.

Located on the top floor is a spacious laundry room with new appliances.

The kitchen/dining area has seating for 18, and your rental home has plenty of plates and flatware to accomodate a full house of guests. On the patio off of the main living room, you will find a gas BBQ grill and patio seating for 4.

Your rental home also comes with free Comcast HD TV and free local/long distance calling.

You will also have a large 2 car garage to park your vehicle so it can stay nice and warm.

Included in your stay is access to the Bear Hollow Village clubhouse with a gym and shared pool (in the summer) and shared hot tub.

Guests will find that we are located within 5 minutes of numerous world class skiing areas like Park City Mountain Resort, Deer Valley, and The Canyons. Guests are also close to shopping at the Tanger Outlets. Finally, if you want to explore Old Park City, the free bus system passes right in front of our neighborhood and can take you to any ski resort or the town....ALL FOR FREE!!!

The house was newly remodeled and looked great. Very clean. Loved the location. Near to grocery stores, etc. Kitchen well stocked. Lots of room to spread out so people could have their privacy. Quiet. Quick drive to Canyons or Park City. One small addition needed to house - more tables and lamps in living room. Would definitely stay here again.

Loved this house!

A group of friends and I stayed here for a few days and absolutely loved it. The house is spacious, the views are amazing and it’s located only about 10 minutes from Main Street.

It is all amazing, great rooms, great views, perfect size for 12 adults. A minor mishap with the cleaning service from the previous tenants but was solved relatively quickly. Would def stay there again!

Great extended family ski vacation

We all had a terrific time staying here. Hamilton was very easy to communicate with. The place was able to accommodate a large group of us quite comfortably and the location so close to Canyons and Park city was really terrific. The place was clean and well equipped. Hot tub and old school arcade video games were a hit for all.

Great house in a great location!

We came to Park City for our annual ski trip. The house was well laid out and well supplied for a large group. The beds and linens were new and very comfortable.The living space was perfect for a large group giving everyone space to either spread out, or come together for meals, movies, etc. The location is perfect for skiing with great access to Park City, Canyons, and Deer Valley, and easy highway access. Plenty of shopping nearby for whatever your needs. We plan to stay here again on our next trip to Utah.

Fantastic rental

Highly recommend - it was expensive but worth it. Fully stocked kitchen, plenty of towels, great hot tub and we even saw moose in the preserve in front of the house. The owner was very responsive this rental has it all with 5 bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms perfect for family or group. I wouldn’t hesitate to book this one again.

Wonderful Bear Hollow Home

Terrific vacation rental home for our annual ski trip to Park City. Our group of friends and family enjoyed all this home has to offer: well stocked kitchen, great views, amazing hot tub, comfortable rooms, fun decor, and well maintained community. Large Comfy Stay

We spent 5 great days at Hamilton’s house with a large group of friends for our annual ski trip. The house is very spacious and tons of room for everyone including bathroom space. High quality hot tub (admittedly I’m a hot tub snob and this checks the box) and great location near park city and canyons. Awesome views from the living room and hot tub. Parking is very tight - 4 vehicles max can fit in the garage/driveway very tight. Plan accordingly. Would definitely return.

Great stay and property experience

We had a fantastic time in Park City and the property fit our needs perfectly! My only feedback item is the property instructions, albeit very detailed, need some slight updates: the “local liaison” no longer applies — don’t message him as he’s slightly rude; there’s no longer a Wii; and access to the neighborhood clubhouse/hot tub only applies to 6 people at a time regardless of how many are in the group and there’s a security guard to enforce this strange rule. Other than that, the house was awesome! We really had a great time. The property owner was very helpful & responsive. Highly recommended! Five stars without a doubt!

Great for a Family Reunion

This was an excellent choice for our family, who traveled from all over the country to attend a wedding. Plenty of room for all of us, and private bathrooms for every bedroom were a hit. We had a little trouble with temperatures - some upstairs bedrooms were very hot at night, basement bedroom was cold. We figured out vents and discovered an upstairs thermostat that helped, but the master bedroom stayed cold. Other than that, we had a great time and had everything we needed. Communication with property owner was quick and friendly. We would stay here again.

Beautiful, clean, spacious

This home was perfect for our family reunion of 12 people. The main level was very spacious with plenty of seating for everyone to eat. Bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and beautifully updated. Downstairs provided ample entertainment with the arcade games, foosball table, and private hot tub. Walk to the shuttle stop took longer than 5 minutes, but doable and fine for adults. It was a bit difficult for our kids in ski boots. Hamilton is very easy to communicate with. I appreciate his quick response to all of my questions. Overall, I highly recommend this home and would stay here again.

Much more than a house - this is a place to call home!

We rented this home for one week to escape the Las Vegas summer heat - I am not going to call it a house, because it is so much more...The furnishings are well-appointed and wonderfully maintained, the kitchen has all the appliances, pots/pans and dishes that you need, the linens and towels are amazingly soft, plush and clean. When we arrived, we were impressed by how clean the property was and by how it has been maintained. The property has amazing views of the valley and is conveniently located to the fun things to do in Park City (such as the Alpine Coaster - you have to try that!); shopping in Salt Lake City; and of course fantastic fishing in the Heber Valley. The owner is extremely helpful and goes out of his way to make sure that his guests truly enjoy their stay in his property. We would definitely want to stay at this property again (and have recommended it to family members for their vacation next summer)

This Place was Perfect for our getaway!!

We just rented this house and it is awesome! The views that it has are great. It has a bathroom off every bedroom which is a great convenience, so no one really has to share!! We all got our own. The place is furnished with new furniture throughout the whole house. Also has gaming consoles, flat screen tv's and even DVR. It has a great kitchen with lots of room for everyone. It is well appointed with Granite and stainless steel throughout. It also has all the dishes, etc for cooking and eating. The house is well maintained and a very relaxing place to stay. It can sleep lots of people too!! This place is by far better than staying in a hotel! It is conveniently located close to shopping Tanger Outlets, Red stone (which has tons of places to eat)and more shopping and a movie theater, and only a 5 min drive to Park city mountain resort. Very Close to the Canyons Ski Resort. This house is in a development that has a pool also (great for the summer time). There is a large balcony that makes it great for barbecues too!! We will definitely stay here again on our next visit!! Thanks, we loved it!!

I have to agree with recent reviews… the property has a great layout and we loved the location … however the hot tub was never repaired after the previous review, there was broken glass and dirty laundry left at the hot tub and generally the unit was shabby and in disrepair

Big house, nice location

Lots of space, rooms & beds, but cleanliness was substandard. Beautiful outdoor deck with table and chairs and grills, but table had probably not been cleaned in at least a year. Scrubbed it with cleaner twice and still couldn't get all the grime off. Grills were similar. Big hot tub below, but there was broken glass on the floor next to it. Interior was cleaner, but still a few issues.

Nice Layout but rental run ragged

The house had a nice layout but the dryer didn't work, the handle on one of the bedrooms was not on, one of our guest was stuck in the bedroom (left there phone downstairs) for a while until someone let them out. There was no handle on the door going to the hot tub in the basement, we did find it and put it on ourselves in order to get outside. The hot tub only one seat of the jets worked. The dishwasher always wanted to fall out of the cabinets everytime you opened it. You could not open the sliding glass door to go out on the deck with out muscling the door shut, there are mouse traps in the unit. Again the house was a nice set up but the place is run ragged,

We live in Houston,TX and we love to try to come to Park City as much as we possibly can. When we are not using our home, we open it up to friends and hope they can enjoy it as much as we do. When we are here in the winter, our favorite activities are skiing and tubing. We have 4 children and they all seem to like different things as they are between 4-12 years old. We also enjoy escaping the oppressive summer heat in Houston, and spending time outdoors either hiking, rafting, cave exploring, or camping. Whatever time of year you come to Park City, you will be glad you did.

Why they chose this property

Our family has traveled to Park City and stayed at Bear Hollow Vilage everytime we have come because it is a beautiful, quiet neighborhood, and the convenience can't be beat! The community has a private clubhouse, with a shared pool, hot tub, and gym. You are within 5 miles of 3 awesome ski resorts (Park City, Canyons, and Deer Valley), and 4 more are less than 30 minutes away!! What's even better is you can fly in and ski the same day since the airport is only 30 minutes away, too!

What makes this property unique

This house sits the highest in Bear Hollow Village, which means that there are clear unobstructed views of the valley below. You can look out for miles and see gorgeous sunrises and sunsets. Also, the house backs up to private land so there will never be neighbors behind us providing a quiet atmosphere. Staying at this private condo home is nice because it is so convenient to everything you could possibly need. Whether it be grocery store, shopping, casual dining, entertainment, it's all within 5 minutes or less.
