Why they chose this property

We chose Anna Maria Island for our dream home location because of the quiet, clean, gorgeous beaches and the distinct 'Old Key West' feel this Island evokes. It has many charming and eclectic shops and restaurants, a gorgeous pier and antique district. The people are warm and friendly and there are no large commercial hotels or buildings of any kind. Separated from the main land by a draw bridge, Anna Maria Island is just minutes from everything but truly a world away.

What makes this property unique

It is not exaggerating to say that La Plage is the premier location on Anna Maria Island and La Plage 10 takes it to an even higher level with the personal attention to detail and full modern amenities.
