So pleased with our stay at Family Tides. For us, it was ideal with bungalow type houses surrounding a lovely pool just a short walk to the beach. The shared beach items were so appreciated! We rented a golf cart which made scooting around the area and going the quick distance to the beach a breeze. Tremendous value for a lovely retreat.

We spent a few days over spring break and had a wonderful time.We had check-in details well in advance of arrival and zero issues during our stay.The house is in a quiet part of a quiet neighborhood and a quick walk to the beach and a short drive to all the 30A attractions.We would happily stay here again.

Great location to the beach and the house had a great pool! The "shared" beach items were really helpful to have a complete beach day.

Cozy and cheerful

Family Tides is decorated in an adorable beachy feel. The beach—which is gorgeous—is just less than 10 minutes by foot. Having the bikes was a great addition and we used them often to ride into Seaside and eat at the food trucks. Stephanie was a wonderful hostess and extremely attentive throughout our stay!

Wonderful property

The property was very spacious and the location was very peaceful and quiet. The owner responded to questions and requests within two hours. It is a very bike friendly area so the bikes that came with the rental were used often. We would definitely rent this property again.

Fun Fall Break

The house was perfect for a dad and 3 teen girls. We enjoyed breakfast in the morning in the kitchen which got a lot of morning light and we used the grill for making dinner some nights. The place was clean and the AC was good and cold. There are actually 4 bikes, not 2 so that was an added bonus and the beach umbrella came in real handy because if you're not staying at the property located by the beach access they won't rent you an umbrella. The other option was to make a reservation from another place and pay $60 for an umbrella and 2 chairs and you have to wait for them to deliver it. Plenty of food, coffee places, and ice cream close by, and real close to Seaside. One of two gas stations on 30A is at the end of the street which was great for extra ice and gassing up to drive home. The clincher of course is the girls thought it was cute! We would come back.

Amazing property a little bit of a walk, unloading it, but it just adds to the charm and location of the property. Easy access to many beaches easy to get to the amphitheater Food Truck Rd. great location, especially with kids fantastic pool in a amenities.
