Two bedroom one bath flat on a quiet cul-de-sac in the heart of Wimbledon Village. Close to Wimbledon Common, Wimbledon Tennis, pubs, restaurants and other Wimbledon attractions. Usually rented unfurnished on annual leases, temporarily available for short-term lets this summer. Will be furnished with rental furniture from a high-end rental company - furniture will be installed in early June at which point furnished photos will be added to this site. Reception hallway, Large sitting room with sofa bed, Two bedrooms one with a double, and one with 2 single beds, kitchen with fridge freezer, washer and dryer, bathroom with shower stall and bath tub.

Apartment is in the perfect location for Wimbledon Village and the tennis, short walk to both.
Lovely spacious rooms and thoughtful extras such as tea, coffee, milk and wine.

I have owned this flat for over 10 years, but until recently it was always rented on long term leases. Now I am dividing its use between family and rental.
