Experience a tropical oasis at our centrally-located home in Miami. Located 6 min to Design District, 7 min to Wynwood, 15 min to South Beach & to Downtown Miami, 17 min to Brickell & to Calle Ocho in the historic Little Havana neighborhood, making it easy to plan your visit. The amenities include an 8 person hot tub spa, pool table, 4 hole putting green, sandy pickle court (for pickleball on sand! or a game of volleyball), a daybed, cornhole boards game, fire pit, BBQ grill with a 12 person outdoor dining table perfect for entertaining.

The space
Welcome to our brand new sleek & modern 1,800 sq ft home. Experience the comfort our spacious and unique home has to offer. It boasts luxurious vibes, modern design, tasteful finishes and homely comfort. All new fun amenities, fully renovated home and comfortable living spaces are just the beginning of the amenities that await you. Our home features five Bedrooms and two full bathrooms with dimmable mood lighting throughout.

Bedrooms: All bedrooms have blackout curtains installed on all windows to bring some tranquility and help give you a restful night’s sleep. The bedrooms also have a sound machine and soft and firm pillow sets for your choosing. All bedrooms have storage closets for your convenience.

Bathrooms: Both bathrooms have oversized LED mirrors. Our larger bathroom has a 72” double vanity, a freestanding bathtub and a double shower system. Both bathrooms are stocked with the toiletries our guests will need. Hair dryer, qtips, cotton balls, make-up removal wipes, toilet paper, napkins, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, towels and washcloths.

Living room: Our home features two living room spaces, one with a 65” Smart TV ready to be logged into your streaming services. We have high-speed Wifi, and a variety of games and books for your indoor entertainment. There is one leather sofa, one fabric sofa, and a coffee table, where you will find a variety of board games. You will also find two poufs and in the other living room space you will find a chaise lounge for additional comfortable seating.

Game room: The game room has bar stools and counter space with a billiard pool table and Naim Mu-so wireless music speaker system. In the game room, you can find the large capacity washer and dryer tucked away in our beautiful custom-made cabinets. You will find four putters and golf balls for the putting green along the wall with the sandy pickle paddles and the yellow pickle balls for the sandy pickle court. In addition, in the game room you will also find a closet with hot tub towels, an iron and ironing board, a pack-n-play crib, a baby high chair, a first aid kit and cleaning supplies for your convenience. A baby crib may be available upon request.

Kitchen: You will find an upgraded Kitchen with all the essentials that you need to create a lovely meal. Two dining areas (indoor dining and outdoor dining). Near the kitchen we have a dining table that seats eight and four counter stools by the kitchen island. In addition you can dine all together in the outdoor dining table that seats 12 guests. Fully equipped w/dishwasher, refrigerator, oven, microwave, cooking basics, cooking accessories, coffee maker, blender, knife set, toaster oven, kettle, dishware & flatware, plastic dishware for kids, plastic drinkware for the hot tub, bbq grill utensil, serving platters, pots and pans, wine, champagne and shot glasses, mixing bowls. A Nespresso machine with nespresso capsules, creamer packets, sugar packets, and tea packets provided. A French Press coffee maker also available at the home. Our drinking water and ice maker is ran through a filtration system, offering you clean and pure water.

Outdoor Space:
We have a large private yard with an 8 person hot tub spa and a bar table with stools to enjoy. An outdoor shower to cool down on the sunny Miami days. You can relax on the daybed or have a friendly competition playing golf on our 14 feet by 25 feet putting green with 4 putting holes. In addition, set your skills to the test in the cornhole game with our regulation sized cornhole boards. The sandy backyard is perfect for playing sandy pickle (the pickleball game meant to be played on sand or beach volleyball) and to remind you of just how close you are to the beautiful sandy beaches of Miami Beach. There is a 12 person dining table, a daybed, a hammock and two outdoor rocking chairs.
We have a Propane BBQ grill. There is no fee for using it. We have a wood burning fire pit that makes for cozy nights spent unwinding and relaxing while enjoying time and making memories with family and friends. Note: firewood is not included, it is available for purchase at many locations near the house.
In addition, the gated front yard area has a loveseat for additional lounging space. The fenced in backyard and gated front driveway yard are perfect for privacy in a group or family trip.

Parking: We have a gated front concrete and gravel driveway parking space for up to three vehicles. Additionally, there is ample street parking on the block of the home, since the home is on a no outlet street, making it an easier street to park your car outside the home.

Guest access
The house is always exclusive to one group.

Pet Policy: This is a pet-friendly property: $100 per pet per stay, up to 2 pets maximum
Our hot tub is totally awesome, it features a great open entertainment space. To maintain it, it is serviced weekly on Thursdays.

Located close to the best beaches, restaurants and nightlife in South Florida. Your entire group will enjoy easy access to all the main attractions Miami has to offer. You will be close to all Miami tourist locations when you stay at this stylish home. You will be able to indulge in the city's rich cultural scene, whether you are soaking up the sun at the beach, dancing the night away at a legendary club, or exploring the local art scene. Miami is home to a great array of unique cuisine and restaurants with incredible locations, all near our home.

Design District: 6 minute drive
Wynwood: 7 minute drive.
Midtown: 15 minute drive.
South Beach: 15 minute drive.
Brickell: 17 minute drive.
Calle Ocho in the historic Little Havana neighborhood: 17 minute drive.
Miami Intl Airport: 18 minute drive.

Getting around
The home is not walkable, we are near a very busy street on one side and no outlet on the other side. We recommend always getting around by car. You can use rideshare services, or a personal vehicle to get around Miami. Uber and Lyft are available throughout Miami, in addition to other rideshares that are becoming more and more popular. You can bring your own personal vehicle or rent one at many locations throughout Miami. We have a gated front driveway parking space made of part concrete and part gravel, for up to three vehicles. Additionally, there is street parking on the block of the home, since the home is on a no outlet street, it may be easier to find street parking outside the home.
