Enjoy the Kansas breeze from the comfort of our privately fenced backyard with a cup of coffee from our Keurig in the kitchen. *The garage is currently unavailable for guest use as of November 2025*

Serene environment in the outskirts of Bel Aire, giving you ample quiet you need after a long day/night at work. The location has been ideal for our prior guests working in oil field sites, welding, roof repair crews, engineering and accounting summer interns, and travel nurses.
What makes this property unique
Proximity to local dining areas on Webb and Greenwich Road, as well as highway 254 ideal for our oil field crews working in Eldorado and other local areas. Our private driveway is ample for crew trucks or up to 4 personal vehicles.
