Luxurious Townhome in Breckenridge
Gorgeous new 3 bed/2.5 bath (+2 pull-outs to sleep more) duplex with vaulted ceilings and incredible views of the Tenmile Range. Immaculately clean and rarely rented. Feels like a standalone home - very quiet, private with 2 small decks and its own hot tub right on the Breckenridge golf course. Designer furniture inside, fully equipped kitchen and game room with a pool table and more. Free shuttle stop to town 1 block away. Double car garage! 30+ day rental only, contact host for options.
Vaulted ceilings make this unit feel very spacious. There is southern exposure with lots of light and unobstructed views. Enjoy the front and back decks!
You enter on the ground floor, up a set of stairs to the guest bedrooms, up another set of stairs to the living room, and another set of stairs to the kitchen/dining room. The master is off the dining room and the back deck with a gas grill connects to the kitchen. The hot tub is down the deck stairs in the back area. Please note there are a lot of stairs in this unit.
The garage fits 2 cars easily lengthwise (not side by side). The game room is off the garage.
There is 1 TV in the living room and 1 TV in the game room.

Great townhome
Beautiful property adjacent to the golf course. Perfect location minutes away from downtown Breckenridge. Hosts were wonderful. Booking for same time next year!
