Welcome to your tropical retreat in Panama City Beach! This spacious condo offers top-of-the-line electronic leather furniture in the living room, ensuring a comfortable and relaxing stay for all guests.

Step out to the balcony and take in the ocean views anytime. With access to a pool, tennis court, and on-site golf, there's no shortage of activities to keep you entertained during your stay.

Inside, you'll find a well-equipped kitchen with modern appliances, a 70-inch smart TV in the living room, new King-size bed in the master bedroom, 2 Queen size beds in the guest bedroom and 55-inch Smart TV's in both bedrooms. The condo features a full-size washer/dryer, central air-conditioning, and high-speed WiFi.

It's only a 4-6 minute walk over the pedestrian bridge to access the beautiful lagoon pool and private white sand beach, or you can call the resort tram to pick you up outside the unit. For added convenience, you'll have access to two beach chairs and an umbrella provided by Edgewater for a relaxing day by the water. (This is an approximate value of $60/day that is included in your stay, and available seasonally from March 1 to October 31.)

There is easy access to a pool just behind the condo, as well as access to Edgewater Beach Resorts total amenities including a 11,800 sq.ft. lagoon pool with waterfalls & tropical landscaping, 9 heated pools, 4 hot tubs, Ocean's full service restaurant & bar, Edgie's/Starbucks Coffee Shop/Ice Cream Parlor, Fitness Center, Pro Shop, Executive 9 hole Golf Course, basketball/shuffleboard courts & 11 lighted Tennis courts.

Please note that while located on the second floor, guests must walk up to access the condo and there is no elevator.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
