A DELIGHTFUL AND ROMANTIC FLAT FOR TWO
Located in a listed Georgian building this gorgeous 50 M2 apartment is the perfect stay for those who are searching both absolute quietness and the best of the London life. It is warm, cosy, very silent and full of atmosphere with its typical British features. As it is south facing and equipped with wide french doors opening onto the garden it is also very bright.

It comes with a fully equipped kitchen, a lovely living room with a comfortable sofa and an office corner, a spacious bedroom and a full bathroom. You will appreciate our KING SIZE BED, (1,80m) that can be made into twins on request upon booking. The garden comes with a table and chairs for 4. There you will enjoy jasmine and collection plants and also the shadow of the mature trees of one of the most beautiful Georgian squares in London, Porchester Square.

In addition, the flat offers superfast WIRELESS internet access, PRINTER, impressive SAMSUNG 52' LED DVD player, fire alarm, and entryphone.

Great location in London

A great appartment in a cool neighborhood in London. Everything is close by. The place is well equipped and the bed is most comfortable. Maria met us at both check-in and check-out - very helpful. One key point - follow their location instructions precisely. The address does not work well with Google. If you can get past that it is quite solid.

Much needed time away!

We really loved the flat - on the cleanliness meter I would say the place was immaculate. We found everything we could ever need nicely stocked and furnished!! Only one thing, not one taxi driver or Uber driver could find the place when given the address. We finally started giving the address of one of the places across the street and that worked perfectly!!! Would definitely highly recommend with the little trick of changing the address!! Enjoy!! FYI - The check in process was only a 3 due to not being able to find the place while dragging suitcases through the street!!!

Fab apartment in a great location

Great base for a long weekend in London, the apartment has everything you need for a very comfortable stay. Check in and check out was great with Maria showing us around and making sure we knew where everything was. The garden backs onto the park with the front entrance around the other side of the square, it’s very peaceful for somewhere so central. Arro coffee shop was fab and The Porchester pub great for a few pints. Highly recommended.

Flat was fine but the hallway to access flat was not

The mildew smell in the hallway was lousy. Property manager was Romanian and because you had previously told us about the confusing address, we called the property manager for clarification upon arrival and had a terrible time understanding her on the phone. Once we met her, it was easier to understand her. Thanks for allowing us to stay and happy holidays.

A terrific base for a London stay

We had a wonderful 2 weeks in Maurice's apartment in Bayswater. The location is very central to 4 underground stations which makes getting all around London very easy. The apartment is beautifully furnished and equipped with everything needed to self cater in addition to being close to a lot of dining options. The icing on the cake was how quiet it was. We'd thoroughly recommend it for a wonderful base in London.

Why they chose this property

We love London. We have seen at least 150 flats before buying this one. A lot were terrible although quite expensive.
We fall in love with this one and the privacy that separate rooms offer. Many apartments in London have small beds. We wanted a king size. We love the quietness of the place which is really unusual in London, a very hectic and noisy city. The garden is fairly big compared to what we have seen.

What makes this property unique

Porchester is so ideally located that you can access everywhere very conveniently. Heathrow is at 15 minutes. All sorts of shops and restaurants are available day and nights the all week long, elegant or casual.
