Whether you are having a family event or competing at the world shooting complex this new farmhouse will suit your needs! We are 30 minutes to McKendree University and 45 minutes to the St. Louis Arch and Busch Stadium. The 8 acre property has hosted every life event you can dream of. From weddings to corporate retreats, we can help you plan your event . Tables, chairs, and glassware, plates, silverware and linens can be rented and set up by us. Or you can have a casual event on your own. There is plenty of parking and privacy. Enjoy your time in this beautiful rural setting.

Great property close to Sparta shooting complex

Everything we needed for a long weekend watching our kids compete. Highly recommend it to a group heading to the shooting complex or a group just getting away for a weekend.

The Mansion

Jackie was a super VRBO host. The house was clean and very well maintained. The location is close to stores and in a wonder location. My family enjoyed it so much we what to stay again next year. She also upgraded us to a different home than i booked and it was amazing and very interesting home. We had wonderful 2024 XMAS there. Thanks Jackie

Very nicely updated property and amenities! The bedrooms were super comfortable and the kitchen and living area spacious and roomy. My 14 yr old particularly lived the 3fl loft room and lounge space!Only minor complaint is attention to details on cleanliness. There were quite an amount of dead insects and spider webs around the corners and crevices inside the house. Not a deal breaker, but we did spend our first couple of days vacuuming and sweeping. Also, this property lacked a vacuum so we had to use one from the mansion property.Otherwise, a great stay and I look forward to booking again in the future!

Our second stay at this home and we loved every moment! Jackie and Jodi are both wonderful! They welcomed us with graciousness and were so easy to work with for our family reunion. The farmhouse is comfortable and roomy for all of my sisters and their spouses, with plenty of space indoors and out for entertaining our extended family. Plans are being made to return next year!

This was our return stay from a rally several days earlier where each couple couldn't wait to return to their same bedrooms for a good night sleep. We gathered outdoors to watch a beautiful sunset and afterwards enjoyed the many amenities awaiting us indoors. We're planning a return visit next year in hopes of renting out the entire property for a weekend to host a Chevrolet Super Sports Roadster (SSR) gathering. What a fantastic find. We’ve been staying at VRBOs for many years and this was one of our favorites to date. We had 4 couples stay over night on our way to a rally where Jackie our host was very gracious and attentive to our needs. She made us feel very special and the renovated farmhouse is beautifully decorated with comfortable sleeping quarters. On our way back from the rally we’re staying there again!
