The property was not worth the cost. Issues we had:A/C, which was set to 72, as instructed by management, is not working well, house would heat up to 80 by bedtime and then cool down to 72 by morning and then begin the heat up all day. Outside temperature at the time was around 95.Pool was very small. It is not adequate for the number of people that could potentially be staying in the home. The pool was dirty when we arrived.Washing Machine was filthy and in need of cleaning.Also, had an issue with someone being in our boat slip from another house. Coco Plum tried to remedy, but we had to find the renter and tell them to move. Luckily, we had another slip that we could use in the meantime.It is a 20 minute run to get out to the ocean from the house.You can't see the boat from the house. My husband made many runs to the dock to check the lines for tide changes. It would have been easier if he could just look out the window.Positive comments:House was clean and had appropriate items needed.Large Rooms Ice Maker availableLarge Refrigerator downstairs Coco Plum management was good and responsiveLarge locked storage downstairs for fishing gear, etc.
