-Two pools (the main pool is heated)
-A quiet community boat launch
-A large pier to fish or crab off of
-Great wildlife viewing including lots (and lots) of dolphins and manatee
-Bocce Ball
-Horse Shoes
-Shuffle Board
Plus, an available marina boat slip/lift for an addition fee.
*Note: An 18 ft skiff lives on the property in the carport.
