This brand new build is only a 3 min walk to the beach and some of the most consistent surf in Playa Grande. The tranquil modern casita backs up to the beautiful jungle where you can view monkeys swinging from the trees! It has a pool, lounging area, and outdoor shower. The casita has a kitchen that is fully equipped with a refrigerator. You are also walking distance to great restaurants, yoga, the turtle reserve and more. Tamarindo is only a 30 minute drive. You will love the feel of this casita with its beautiful high teak celings and it's big sliding doors. The sliders contain black out shades for privacy and lead to your private patio. The casita has one full bathroom with shower as well as a wardrobe. The backyard is your oasis. You will love lounging by the pool and listening to the waves crash.The casita has a private patio as well as a barbecue. You will have access to a shared pool, outdoor shower, and aprivate lounging area.There is also a washer and dryer you will have access to if needed.
