Minutes from quaint Auburndale. Close to Lakeland. Between Tampa and Orlando. Relax and unwind at this clean, modern pool home. Hang out in the private pool or play some yard games. You will love the screened in lanai for a place to have your morning tea or coffee. Many of our guests say it's such a great place to relax after being out all day. Family and pet friendly with a lovely wood privacy screen around the open air, private pool. Beyond the pool area is a spacious, fenced back yard with a big shade tree. Walking distance to Lake Juliana Boat Ramp Park. Bring your boat, fishing gear and water toys to enjoy beautiful Lake Juliana - or just walk down to the lake for a beautiful sunset! Super comfortable, with a cozy "home away from home" vibe. *Please note - There is a Ring doorbell camera that monitors the exterior of the front door and side garage door. The pool is not heated in the winter months.

Hi! I'm Launi. Originally from northern Minnesota, I also spent many years in Colorado before ending up in Central Florida. It is my pleasure to be able to welcome so many wonderful people into our vacation rental home. I love meeting our guests when the opportunity arises and I find it fascinating the varied reasons our guests travel to our little - but growing - town of Auburndale! My husband Joe and I live nearby and are renovating a Spanish house on Lake Juliana.
Why they chose this property
The North Auburndale Lakes District is such a convenient location for our guests. We are in close proximity to many parks and attractions but have somewhat of a rural feel at the same time.
What makes this property unique
Super clean and cozy with a beautiful design aesthetic. Guests love the pool and lanai area. After a day out at the theme parks, ball parks, beaches, lakes or just out exploring the many unique things in and around Polk County, it is a great place to come home to and just chill! Throw something on the grill, go for a swim, or just hang out in the screened in lanai. Our home is stocked with most everything you need! If you're not sure of something, please message me!
