This house was exactly as pictured and clearly reflects how much the owners care about maintaining it. It was clean, welcoming, and perfect for our group. With plenty of beds, it easily accommodated multiple families, and the excellent Wi-Fi made it easy for parents to get some work done while the kids were at the beach.For softball families, the location is hard to beat. The Pocomoke tournament fields are just a one-minute drive (or a short walk) away, making early mornings and busy game schedules incredibly convenient. The neighborhood is quiet, yet you're just minutes from Walmart, Starbucks, and plenty of fast-food options.The owner was responsive, friendly, and very accommodating throughout our stay. One thing to know is that the property uses well water, so you may want to bring bottled drinking water if that's your preference. We had no issues using the well water for showers, washing dishes, or laundry.The outdoor deck was one of our favorite features, and we made great use of the propane grill. Inside, the layout worked perfectly for a large group. The bunk beds in two of the bedrooms were a huge hit with the kids, the primary bedroom was spacious and comfortable, and having three showers across four bathrooms was an absolute lifesaver with a house full of teenage girls getting ready for games each morning.Overall, this is an excellent rental for multiple families, tournament teams, or anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient place to vacation.

Erin had an impeccable stay. They maintained clear and timely communication, cared for the home as if it were their own, and left everything in excellent condition at check‑out. I appreciate their responsibility and positive attitude. It would be a pleasure to host them again in the future.
