Access to dry Frio river in Reagan Wells, TX. NW of Uvalde in the hill country of Texas. Home of Coco’s Canyon coffee - a coffee roasting company. Large outside deck for outside dining. Garner Park is 20 minute drive. Concan is 13 miles and Leakey is 30 mins. Separate driveway entrance. Hosts live on same 25 acre property. We have two outside cats that are fed on side porch each morning by hosts. Access to private areas by permission only and private areas are clearly marked with signs.

The area is very beautiful and the house is very clean and roomy. We picked this place because it was dog friendly. It is a convenient location in between a few different popular swimming destinations. Definitely will be back.

Coco’s Place

It was very peaceful and enjoyable. Plenty of room for the 9 of us. One family of 4 people and one small dog and another family of 4. The home sits on 25 acres of west Texas range land which was great for hiking. We recommend the veiw from “The Platform”.

House was clean and the hosts were kind. However, we did not feel like we had much privacy as the hosts live right by the house. They also tended to animals on the porch of the home we were staying in. We also didn’t not receive check out instructions until 10 minutes before leaving, which didn’t allow us to complete the instructions appropriately as we had already left. Host was very understanding though when we told her we had already left. Great location with river access across the street which was great, since the river was flowing well while we were there! Overall a great stay!

Lovely cozy property with such kind hosts. Every morning they left a carafe of freshly brewed coffee and cream on the front porch. Loved our stay

Coco’s airBB is a lovely place for a family vacation. We have acres of land to explore for the rock hounds and a quiet county road to ride bikes down. The dry Frio river access is across the road - current conditions are perfect for river fun. The July 2026 rains were needed and appreciated! It’s quiet out here away from, but close to the tourist areas of Concan. Great place for star gazing away from city lights.

Why they chose this property

We live on the property and I train and ride horses - the horses love people and are dog and children friendly. We have free roaming chickens and outside cats. And our mini horse, Coco might stop in for a visit.

What makes this property unique

The star gazing is phenomenal with no city lights - identify constellations that you’ve never seen before! Ride your bikes up the canyon on our paved country road with very little traffic.
