Saw lots of bears! One was standing in the driveway when we arrived and another one actually walked across the deck! Great cabin with a good view of Leconte. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a great stay! The host was super helpful. Super cozy place and we even got to see some bears from a distance. The hot tub and sauna were great for after our hike. Only thing to note is there isn’t an ice machine or filtered water so you need to buy ice and water bottles from the store if you don’t want tap water. 10/10 experience.

This was a huge treat for us. The home was so clean and cute -everyone felt right at home. The customer service was fantastic and friendly. Highly recommend ( and we saw a bear!)

Owl's Nest is our new favorite place to stay

Clean, convenient & so many animals to see outside! Great hosts. My husband so bears here for the first time in his life ...we have been vacationing here in the Smokies for years so that was a big deal!

Perfect Family Getaway

My husband and our 4 boys (6,7,13,18) enjoyed our stay at Owl's Nest. We visited right before Christmas. The cabin was decorated for Christmas and had an awesome view of Mt Laconte and the boys enjoyed watching the tram going back and forth to Ober Gatlinburg. We enjoyed the coziness of the cabin and sat by the fire(bring your own it's expensive at the little store) every night and watched Christmas movies. The hot tub was an added bonus and was really nice even in the winter temperatures. The master bedroom was very spacious and the beds were comfy. The boys enjoyed their upstairs space which included an arcade game. Great location. We visited Dollywood, The Sky Bridge, Ripley's Aquarium, MTN Coaster and strolled Gatlinburg. To get there be sure not to follow GPS!! Continue up Ski MTN road. We would definitely stay again. The host are very attentive and available to answer any questions you may have.

We had such a great stay! The cabin was spotless, cozy, and perfect for our little family getaway. It was close to everything in Gatlinburg but still quiet and peaceful. Our toddler loved exploring the deck and watching for wildlife. We’d definitely come back!

Quick Anniversary Getaway

Celebrated our 13th anniversary for a quick little getaway. Everything about this little home was perfect. Views while relaxing in the hot tub was amazing. Very quiet neighborhood and feeling remote but within a very short distance of downtown Gatlinburg. Highly recommend!

We were looking for a quiet getaway with a great view of the surrounding area. This property was as advertised. Accommodations were cozy and clean and no issues with anything. Nice balcony area to enjoy the morning coffee and scene. Would definitely recommend.

Great get away
