Newer Beach Front Duplex with Fiber Optic Router and high speed WIFI - RENT ONE OR TWO Units TOGETHER. ASK FOR MORE INFO BY INBOX (Unit 36 and/or 37) - Sleeps eight (8) persons. Your own private getaway beach cove retreat with amazing 180-degree Caribbean views and lush green tropical jungle mountains backdrop at entry! Unit 37 has over-sized garage for boats, cars, whatever, and launching facilities are near.

Each unit has Master upstairs bedroom complete with Jacuzzi, shower, double sinks, king bed and walk-in closet with balcony and grand vista of the Caribbean. Also flat screen TV - Air Conditioned & Hot water!

Lower three guest bedrooms feature queen beds and each with private bathroom and shower. Air conditioned! Unit 36's 3rd bedroom has two twin beds instead of queen.

Protected by private security guards at the entrance 24/7 hours. And during the nights they also patrol the area making your stay more comfortable and secured.

Large open Modern kitchen, dinning room and living room with bar style counter with eating bar seating, and seating for another 8 persons at dinning room table. Modern Kitchen fully equipped.

Both units 36/37 have WIFI throughout. Living room has cable TV with flat screen TV . Comfortable seating for Many guests with sliding glass door for view and access to the huge free form pool with both children's and adult areas. Air Conditioned!

Ample parking space for automobiles. Unit 37 the large garage is available for use. Unit 36 the owners retain for maintenance items for the properties.

A Large BBQ with Propane gas is provided for each unit. Refills can be obtained at Maria Chiquita only a few miles away if needed.

Owners have an on-site maintenance and manager too see to any issues as needed and we will provide details and contact information upon Booking. Our on-site manager will meet you at check-in and check-out. Normally early each day the pool is cleaned each morning, but will not come if you request other. Our guests have given us high marks for our on-site services, and have appreciated our help and assistance.

Again San Marino Ocean front is protected by private security guards at the entrance 24/7 hours. And during the nights they will patrol the area making your stay more comfortable and secured. San Marino Ocean Front is the only development in the area offering such security for private beach front homes.

    Great host and beautiful property

    Very spacious and comfortable home…the best part was the pool and the view! Very safe complex, super attentive and responsive staff (Maria was great!). Everything in the home worked properly and the entire process from booking to checking out was very smooth. Definitely recommend!.

    Communication was great with both owner and property manager, Maria and Eddie Jr. and Sr. are soo nice, they made us feel like family. It's a nice size swimming pool, right at the ocean. As we were there in the storm season, it was great to hear the waves crash on the rocks, everywhere in the house. The house is big and the air-conditioners are working great to keep all the rooms cool ( we're Canadian, lol). We will be back for sure, even thinking of buying a house in that area. Again, thanks Maria for your great hospitality. The swimming pool

    yes there was a pool but due to high surf and debris getting into the pool it was unusable much of the time. The wall was constructed to block the surf but it also blocked the view. The couches were old and uncomfortable. all necessary supplies and bedding were included and the home was otherwise comfortable and spacious for our group. The location is fairly remote and isolated from shopping and bars and restaurants but there were nice beaches and snorkeling close by. I am told that other times of the year are much nicer because the surf is very calm. Overall we enjoyed our stay and the price was reasonable.

    Portobelo Beach Front Home

    If you are a person who is not a city dweller when you vacation, this place is for you. You can enjoy the county side and the people who live there. House is located approximately 1 hour from Tocumen Airport. Food shopping is available along with road side stands of locally grown fruits and vegetables of the area. Some of the places in the area to visit are historic Portobelo, Gamboa rain forest, Gatun Locks and dam, Isla Grande, Colon, El Valle, and don't miss Ft. San Lorenzo, a hidden treasure. House was spacious and clean and contained all the amenities needed for your stay. Owners, Bob and Maria, and their family, were most helpful in providing driving directions to the house, stayed in touch to see how we were doing, and provided every thing needed to make our stay enjoyable.

    Not at all what was promoted. This house should not be promoted.

    A nice house with ocean view was proposed. We got a house with a huge orange wall right in front of the sea. No view. House was not clean. More than half of the lightbulbs were not working. Stove and oven not working. Could not open the bedroom access to the balcony, door was in bad shape and full of crap. Not at all what we have paid for. Owner should be honest and tell remote his house with the ugly wall blocking the view. We were stolen of our few first days of vacation. We had to go somewhere else !! This house should be off the market.

    Amazing paradise

    From beginning to end the owner and Chepe took care of every need we had, directions, anything throughout the stay it was amazing, the property is gorgeous!! We cant wait to visit again

    Our property is one of the PRIMER PROPERTIES built in San Marino Ocean Front community in 2008. We used high end lighting with electrical outlets as one would find in exclusive homes in the USA. (many throughout the homes) Kohler toilets, sinks and fixtures. Italian ceramic tiles throughout our homes. Kitchen's have granite counter tops and plenty of cupboard space. Luxury throughout with furnishings. Pool huge free form design and tiled. wit child shallow area by patio. Our dream home we share with others who like and appreciate quality.
