Enjoyed our stay

The overall experience during our 4-night stay was positive. However, it would have been beneficial to have dressers available for storing clothes, as this would enhance the comfort and organization for guests.

House was great! However there were few details that made me rate it 4 instead of 5 stars, like: there were not enough towels; no kitchen towels (I guess not a big deal but we used a lot of paper towel); we paid extra to have the pool heated and it was warm only one (half) day-the host said it may be the weather which was mentioned before our stay, but the pool was warm when it was 60 degrees outside, and cold when it was 65-68. So I don’t think it was because of the weather. Except for these few things, our stay was good.

Highly recommend

Beautiful townhome, very clean better than hotel, very spacious, great prices. Propert management for this rental was amazing prior to and during our stay, fast response and very helpful. Our boys loved the game room. I loved that the resort had quite a bit to do. The only 2 downfalls were - resort pool area closes so early - like 6-7 pm. Not much time to enjoy it if you go out for the day. The other was for a family friendly resort there were quite a few thong bathing suits, which at an adult resort it may not be an issue but taking our kids mini golfing seeing that is not in my opinion appropriate.We just chose to enjoy our private pool and do excursions outside of resort.

Overall, this was a nice townhome, but it is a pet friendly and there was an odor of pet urine on the downstairs carpet and the upstairs gaming area. Would we stay here again, No. The pictures in the listing were a little deceiving though. The game room, there was not an air hockey table as pictured, just a small foosball table. The gaming chairs are worn and need to be replaced. We could not get the Xbox to work, nor could we insert a gaming disk into the Play Station. There were no cushions on the lounge chairs as shown in the picture. Some of the cookware needs to be replaced and, there is not enough cookware if you wanted to make a meal for more than 2 people. The house is listed for up to 15 and you could not cook for 15 with the cookware that is available. We had 7 and it was difficult. Also, some of the drinkware they supplied was cracked at the bottom and not useable. We paid close to 2000 to rent for a week, and you can’t use the grill unless you pay 100 rental fee. For the amount of money we paid, I think that is ridiculous!!!! No toys, floats, noodles, etc. for the pool. There are no ceiling fans throughout the townhouse. If you are hot natured bring a box fan. You can only cut the air down so far and it did get hot upstairs during the night. You must supply your own washcloths, but they do supply towels. The clubhouse was the best part of the stay. The pool area was very nice. Arcade, Rock Wall & Mini Golf as well.
