The one-bedroom oceanfront condo on the 8th floor underwent renovations in 2020, including a newly furnished kitchen and vinyl plank tile flooring. The condo sleeps up to 4 guests and features one bedroom with a king-sized bed, one private bathroom, and an open living area with a Murphy bed that adjoins the kitchen.

The remodeled kitchen comes complete with new cabinets, granite countertops, and a full-sized stove. It's fully stocked with all the essentials you might need during your stay, including pots, pans, glasses, utensils, a cheese grater, cutting board, can opener, knives, coffee maker, and a veggie peeler. The kitchen seamlessly flows into the living area, which includes a dining table with 2 chairs and an accent chair, all with ocean views.
