3/2 Clare, MI Quaint Guest House with scenic views!

Welcome to the Clare Avenue Guest Suites located in the heart of "Amish Country" and nestled amidst scenic landscapes! LOur charming main unit offers 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a large living room, dining area, and eat-in kitchen. Situated on a 12-acre parcel, expect a serene getaway with charming decor. Conveniently located right off of US-10 in Clare, Michigan where north begins!

In Suite 101, you will have private access to the entire main house unit. The garage is not included. Ask about the other two adjoining units when traveling with groups of up to 14 ppl.
Use the circle drive for unloading. Park on lawn in designated space.

Great VRBO property!!

This is an awesome and amazing place. The only thing missing was TV's in the bedrooms. Beautiful setting. Wonderful furnishings. Good variety of kitchen needs!! Very nice linens. Great stay.

Beautiful and Comfy

Beautiful house with very comfortable beds. Great location for shopping the Amish stores in the area and downtown Clare. Also close to the Pere Marquette rails to trails path for biking. Tamara was very quick responding to any questions we had. There is some traffic noise when out on the back deck during the day, but was never bad when in the house and at night.

A nice place to relax.

This was a wonderful place to relax during our stay in Clare. It was minutes from town so we could make quick trips to the grocery store or to restaurants. We didn't have time for Cops and Donuts this trip, but I highly recommend it. As wonderful as the house is, I would also recommend bringing drinking water with you. Check-in was a little confusing since someone booked the time we saw as open on the website just before we did. This is one home divided into 3 rental units. It would help if each unit was identified with a number that would correlate to the website so you knew which unit you were renting & where to go upon arrival. The house was clean & had everything we needed. It sits back quite aways from a pretty busy road, but noise was not an issue while inside. It has a great back deck & a nice outdoors view. The host was very helpful & pleasant to deal with. Our main reason for renting was to ride the Pere Marquette bike trail, which is a very nice ride. She provided a separate place to store our bikes so we didn’t have to leave them on our vehicles which was greatly appreciated. The property is very close to downtown Clare & we really enjoyed going to Cops & Donuts bakery & Four Leaf Brewery in downtown Clare. Mt. Pleasant only about 30 minutes away if that is on the list to go to. We enjoyed our stay.
