Beautifully decorated and recently remodeled beach house with 5 bedrooms, 2 baths, a finished basement with ping pong, and a perfect back yard and bluestone patio for relaxing or hosting!
Quick walk to both Surf Dr. Beach and Main St where you will find a variety of shops, stores and restaurants. This is the perfect place for a family getting away or a girls weekend! King and queen bedrooms on the1st floor. Second floor features a master bedroom with another king and two bedrooms with twins for more guests!
The house was remodeled with new siding, outdoor shower, windows, trim, etc. There is a nice backyard, large bluestone patio and fire pit. In addition, there is a shed full of bicycles, yard games and all your beach needs including beach chairs, toys and umbrellas.

We live about an hour from Falmouth and love getting to the house whenever we can. With three young boys, school, work, sports and busy schedules, we can't get to 100 Mariners Lane as often as we would like so we decided to rent out our house for others to enjoy. We started renting on VRBO in June 2024 but have rented through our realtor for the past five years with great success and reviews.
Why they chose this property
To us, this is the best neighborhood in Falmouth. We park the car, and walk or ride bikes everywhere we go. You can walk to the beach, walk to downtown (restaurants, shops, etc), bike to Woods Hole, walk to the Ferry, etc. We also love the quiet backyard, large patio, outdoor shower and firepit. It's the best of both worlds; the house is close enough to easily walk everywhere yet the street is so quiet, secluded and private, you feel like you're in a completely different area.
What makes this property unique
Besides the location, our home also stands out because of the care and time we put into the house. We love decorating, updating, remodeling and ensuring everything is really clean and nice. We also really take into account not only our needs but our guests' needs as well. We have tried to think of everything someone could need while on vacation and making sure we provide it to help make this one of their best vacation memories ever.
