The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Lock the doors and return the keys
Please place the sheets and towels for alluded beds in the linen bags that were provided at check in,
Leave the comforters and blankets in place as they belong to the home,
Don't forget to roll the garbage cans 15 feet the the strip between the sidewalk and road (close to mailbox) Friday evening for an early Saturday pick up.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

We vacationed at Holden Beach and loved the area so much that we decided to purchase a home to host. This particular home is unsurpassed with Ocean Views, Marsh Views, and a pool. The neighbors and community are friendly.
